I'm a backend-focused software engineer who builds services meant to stay up: microservices that talk to each other cleanly, APIs that hold their shape under load, and data layers that don't fall over at 2am. Most of my time lives in the Java and Spring Boot world — designing systems, then getting into the weeds of concurrency, caching, and query plans when it actually matters.
I care about clean, testable code as much as I care about the architecture diagram — one without the other doesn't survive production. Comfortable owning a service from design through deployment: containers, Kubernetes, CI pipelines, and the observability to know when something's wrong before a customer tells you.
